We are nearing the end of the fiscal year as well as the 6/30/2013 deadline first mentioned in this news article for making sure DPS employees have migrated their H:\ drive files to Box. After conducting 4 of 5 scheduled Box open sessions (no attendance on the 5/14/2013 session), we have approximately 9 individuals who have reported to DPS IT to have their H:\ drive access removed. So DPS IT would like to first thank those individuals. If you still need to migrate your files we ask that you please adhere to the two items below:
- If you are complete with migrating your files to Box and are ready to have your H:\ drive access removed please open a request with DPS IT informing us of this.
- If you still need assistance with migrating your files please put in a request with DPS IT to set up a time to meet for assistance.
There is still time so please contact DPS IT so we can help.
If interested DPS IT conducted a survey to collect feedback on the Box open sessions. We used responses from this survey to help tailor the future Box open sessions in this series.
