I was in a meeting the other day and there was a question on the "floor" in regards to PeopleSoft.  In order to answer the question we navigated to the PeopleBooks resource page (http://peoplebooks.umbc.edu/) provided by UMBC.  UMBC has made it easy to find this documentation on Oracle's web site by providing this page that links to the different PeopleBooks modules and versions.  So for example if you have a question about some Student Administration functionality within PeopleSoft click on the "SA 9.0 PeopleBooks page" link and search on your question.
