UMBC's tuition rose by seven percent last year. Student loan debt has ballooned to over $1.2 trillion dollars. How can we curb the rapid, unsustainable growth in student debt?

The College Democrats are excited to bring Rep. Donna Edwards to campus to host a town hall discussion about tuition affordability. We will discuss different methods of making college more sustainable, such as the pay it forward model.

Rep. Donna Edwards represents Maryland's fourth congressional district. She is currently running for Maryland's open Senate seat.
