Ice in Milk?

Please help settle a discussion I'm having with a staff member. My fellow co-worker, who I hold to be rather odd for this, likes to put ice in his milk. He, of course, thinks I am strange for disliking the concept.
Could you help us decide, once and for all, whether ice belongs in milk? Thank you!
