Currently living in a town-home, 10-15 commute away from campus. Have two roommates but they will be leaving by the end of the year =( I have one person hoping to move in but need a third roommate in order to make it affordable! 
I'm very respectable about space and quiet if you need. Also not messy and very friendly. 
Town-home is 3 bedroom and also has a basement.
