I'm a transfer student who is also an intern. I need at least a 3.0 to keep my internship, which is frustrating because my GPA is now 0.0 since my 3.47 through 52 credits didn't transfer from my last school. I'm getting into upper level classes now so it'll be much harder to have a 3.0.

But what if I take an un-related class, will that factor into my GPA? Like taking an economics class as a CS major. All it needs to do is show up on the transcripts, like will it factor into the GPA that shows up on my transcripts. Or if I already have my art/humanities credits, could I take a different art class to replace the class that was there before and hopefully boost gpa?
