Sexual Harassment on College Campuses

In 2005, the American Association of University Women conducted a study revealing that nearly two thirds of all college students experience sexual harassment at some point during their college career.
Consider the following statistics:
62% of all college students experience first hand some form of sexual harassment
66% of college students know personally of someone who has been sexually harassed
68% of all female victims reported being very/somewhat upset by their harassment experience
In my four year undergraduate experience, I have personally known of 5 different sexual harassment incidents - only one of which was reported.
This year, I entered into the UMBC Idea competition a proposal for an organization called SPEAKedu. This organization would be dedicated to raising awareness and supporting the victims of sexual harassment on college campuses.
Less than 10% of all incidents on college campuses are reported - why?
Maybe they don't know who to speak to? Maybe it's a professor, and they're worried about their grade? Maybe the faculty member they reached out to told them they were wasting their time?
What if, instead, every victim knew exactly who they could talk to. What if there was someone willing to sit with them and hold their hand while they reported the incident? If 100% of victims speak out, then 100% of offenders will be held accountable.
I'm asking for help in preparing my presentation for the finals of the UMBC ideas competition - to be held November 11th. I'd like to present the judges with real, current UMBC statistics.
I'm asking that students, alumni, and faculty please take the time to answer this quick survey -- entirely multiple choice, only 10 questions long, to help me to convince the judges and student panel of the seriousness of sexual harassment on college campuses - and possibly turn SPEAKedu into a reality.
Thank you for your time
