It will be avaliable on OCT. 29TH 2013 which is next week. we are currently seeking 2 roommates, gender doesn't matter. we are renting out one master bedroom with a fullbath for $670 not including utilities and one smaller bedroom with shared bath for $500 not including utilities. The price can be negotiable depends on how long you want to sign the lease for.
