So as I am not allowed to post his name or picture (because of "Slander") I am still going to not be silenced. On Wednesday, September 25th I was the victim of "upskirting" ( Up skirt photos) in an elevator on the UMBC Campus as witnessed by my husband. He proceeded to chase the guy down and try to wrestle the phone away. I screamed at my husband to stop so he wouldn't get in trouble, so he did and we hoped to let the law do its job. We have learned our lesson. Whenever seconds count, the police are only minutes away. Since the police never found him (until we found him today and called the police) there was no physical evidence (all had been deleted. Just want to get this out there and let other women know to be safe. He is still on campus and probably is in the same building as me as I type, but can't do anything about it. Please, women, be wary of elevators and men who stand too close too you. Watch the hem of your skirt and beware of strange bags left under tables which could have cameras on them. Also, if you do see anything PLEASE report it! If it ends up being the same guy, we can get him off campus!
