The green hut next to the commons

Have you ever wondered what the green hut next to the commons was?
I would like to introduce you to the UMBC Sukkah. It is there to celebrate the Jewish holiday of Sukkot, a 8 day long holiday to commemorate and remember the 40 years of wandering through the desert after the exodus from Egypt.
At the sukkah next to the commons there are lots of fun things to do. You can come and hang out with amazing students, play games, and eat yummy snacks. You can also sit and study as it is a very relaxing environment (sometimes). If you are so inspired you can even sleep here overnight on the very nice cots which have been put up.
The theme this year is science and it is quite the blast!
