Signs to let people know they can talk to each other?

I didn't know that society had gotten to the point where we were afraid to talk to each other. Why do I need a sign on me that says I'm willing to talk to you?
The only sign I need is that you are probably a human.

If I don't want to talk then I'll let you know.
Anyway I totally see how this could be a good initiative, but it reminds me how some people think we are all a generation of texting talkers, damaged by the internet to be anti-social people.
