Around campus the speed limits have slowly been reduced and the police crackdown on speeders has increased.  The speed limit around the loop seems unreasonably slow, dangerous even.  20 miles an hour is very challenging to maintain, I find myself watching my speedometer more than the road.  What was wrong with 25?  Is there any reason for this change?  Does anyone know of anyone being hit or accidents occurring due to unsafe speeds?  Are the police simply extorting money from students?
