Who can I contact regarding the lack of crosswalks and sidewalks. The school has A letter parking all along the side of the road coming into UMBC, but I am literally walking alongside cars hoping no one is texting and hits me. Or I sometimes walk in the grass. And when I get to the circle to cross and get to the class buildings, there is no crosswalk. Anyone else bothered? Campus is not pedestrian friendly at all, and it seems like it could be a safety issue.
