Waiting List Issues
Peoplesoft Booting Students off the Waitlist!!!

Has anyone else had an issue with the Waiting List? I was on the waitiing list for two classes. I went to check to see if anything had changed, and I found that I had been arbitrarily removed from the waiting lists. I did nothing to alter my schedule whatsoever. I overheard a student talking to a professor about this very same issue as last week, so I know I'm not the only person.
I've got a ticket pending with DoIT, but they're taking their time getting back to me. Has anyone else successfully been restored / enrolled into the class you're waiting for? I don't want to be returned to the position I started in, I want to be treated as if I never left the waiting list. As in, I started out as #2. If two people have dropped the course, I expect to be enrolled. This is absurd.
