My wife and I are UMBC alums and we would love to help a student out by offering a partially furnished bedroom (11.5' x 16') with full-bath as well as gas/electricity, water, internet included (cable extra).
Room has a new queen sized bed and bookcase that can be removed if not needed. We're looking for a single student who is quiet, responsible, and a non-smoker. No pets allowed.
Single family house located in a pedestrian friendly neighborhood at the intersection of Route 1 and 198. Free street parking. Full access to kitchen utensils and appliances (separate fridge available for private use).
$500 per month, 1 month’s rent required for security deposit.
Willing to rent for a 1 year term or 9-month term.
