Looking for roommate for 2-bedroom apartment close to campus

I'm a UMBC student and I am looking for someone (preferably another student) to rent the other room in a 2-bedroom apartment. I am a friendly and academics-focused guy, and I can even help with homework or studying. I enjoy exercising, video games, and all things nerdy. Also, I have a car.
Guidelines: be responsible for paying dues on time and not leaving messes everywhere. Having fun is great, but be decent enough not to blast music or throw loud parties on weeknights when I am trying to study and/or sleep. No smoking, drugs, incense burning, or pets. I'm comfortable with either a male or female roommate.
About the apartment: it is within walking/biking distance to campus, it's on tthre shuttle bus line, and there is a shopping center nearby with gas and groceries. The room is ground level, but the neighborhood is very safe and the building is secure. The apartment has central air conditioning, water, 1 full bathroom, fridge, stove, outlets for cable, and tons of closet space. The bedrooms and main area are all pretty big. Laundry is in the next room over, and is shared with other people.
Monthly rent is $950 (475 per person), and may be around $1050-1150 depending on which extra utilities are used, because electricity, cable, and internet would be separate. For two people, that adds up to about $550 per month per person. The lease lasts for 12 months.
