Bill Banning Tattoos and Body Mods Passes in Arkansas
How far is too far?

A bill restricting tattoos and banning dermal implants and body scarification passed in March 2013 by the Arkansas Senate with an overwhelming vote of 26-4.
The bill has since been amended before it reached (and was ultimately approved by) the House. The amendments include:
- State Board of Health regulation of scarification (instead of a complete ban)
- Only subdermal implants were banned.
See the Alternative Press article link below for more.
How far is too far? Are we okay with the government passing legislation over what we can and can't do with our bodies (aesthetically)?
I want to hear your thoughts on this, especially those who lobby for big government.
I was particularly enraged.
