Looking for Rent
Need a place within 10min of campus.

I'm a filipino searching for a place that's quiet but I'm fine with parties as long as they don't happen frequently (like once every few weeks or less is fine). I'm a senior in ChemE and I'm in Army ROTC so I need to get up early quite often for training.
I'm pretty chill as long as there is little smoking (both kinds), low noise when playing video games, music, watching tv, etc. as well as controlled drinking (mostly sober when drinking).
