I Found Housing! Need Female Roommate!
posted over 11 years ago
Hi everyone, Tiffany again. I am happy to announce that I have found a place to rent, however, I need a female roommate to split the cost of rent. The apartment has DIRECT access to the Umbc shuttle line and is 4 minutes away from the school. So if you miss the shuttle for any reason, walking to campus will be no trouble at all. iTS LITERALLY THAT CLOSE, NO JOKE. Also the stop for the shuttle is right in front of the apartment. The carpeting, space, and walls of the apartment are really neat. WE WOULD BE ABLE TO MOVE INTO THE APARTMENT AT THE END OF THE WEEK! It's also a one bedroom apartment, so we'd have to share the room. You don't have to go through a long application process. That's the great thing about moving into this place. Its really quick and simple. So long as your able to pay rent, thats what matters. Also, a lot of UMBC students already live in the apartment building and the other buildings around it. So we would definitely be amongst our peers.
I am really neat when it comes to keeping my surroundings in proper order and am very respectful towards other people and their belongings. I'm not just saying this because I need a roommate; I treat others with respect because that is how I would like to be treated and I don't go out of my way to make others feel uncomfortable. I'm looking for a roommate with the same qualities. I ask that you be neat and respectful please.
The rent for the place is $850 a month and includes all utilities except electricity! I've made an appointment with the landlord of the complex to meet with her THIS COMING TUESDAY (08/20/13) in order to pay the security deposit. The deposit is $850 so I really need a roommate before Tuesday to help pay half of it which would be $425 in a check. Please if your interested, email meuzegbu1@umbc.edu before THIS coming Tuesday (08/20/13) so that we can set up a time to meet the landlord and pay off the security deposit. This is the only apartment within the complex that will be ready for move in before school re-opens so please if your interested in moving in, be quick about your decision and contact me before TUESDAY.
Once the security deposit has been paid, we'd have to set up a date and time to pay one months rent ($850) before moving in.
Moving into this place will be quick and simple if your able to meet with me on Tuesday and bring the check of $425 to pay half of the security deposit. Please email me at uzegbu1@umbc.edu or call/text my cell phone 301-204-1221. I respond quickly to emails and check my phone daily, so please don't hesitate to contact me.
