Umami Bistro

New place to eat in Catonsville

If you're looking for a new food option near campus, Umami Bistro on Frederick Road in Catonsville is great. The guy's restaurant is new to the area and the owner is active in bringing food to the Catonsville Farmer's Market.

I would LOVE to find out of there's a way to get this guy and his food in to any school events and have no idea how to recommend this to those who make this decision. I think it would be a great fit for the campus -- for festivals, special events, or maybe even a great option for The Commons???
