I'm first year grad student at UMBC (TESOL MA) who needs someone to live with this year to help cut down on costs.  I'm new to the area and am flexible when it comes to most things, all I ask is a relatively clean/quiet place to live and work that is not too far from campus.  Between school and work I will be busy most of the time, but am not afraid to have some fun either.
