I have a 2 bedroom apartment in Maiden Choice Apartments. About 1.1 miles off of campus and off of the shuttle line. rent is $950 a month. Or $474 a person. Not including utalities which average about $50 a person each month. For the first month you must pay first month's rent a security deposit so $950. The area surrounding the apartment is clean and safe. I'm looking for someone to sign a lease asap as I have to let the office know by Monday if I will stay.
