Looking for roommate

Hi,
We are looking for a roommate for the bedroom in a three bedroom family house located in Catonsville (922 Prestwood rd.) starting September 1st. The house is placed in a nice and safe neighborhood. It is about 12 min driving to UMBC campus and very close to the MTA-line77 bus stop (1 min walking). Sam's club, Safeway, Ross are in walking distance and also it is about 5 min driving to Wal-Mart and H-Mart. You have an easy access to 695 and Route 40. You will have no worries about parking spot since there is a driveway at where you can park your car and plenty of parking spot in the street. There is a large closet in your bedroom and you can also use other closets in the house. If you have more stuff we have a big storage room also. The whole house was carpeted last year and also there are a dining table and two sofas in living room. We have all the kitchen appliances. Free washer and dryer are available in the laundry room.
The monthly payment will be 480 $ (without utility bill). Utilities and Internet cost will be shared in three ways.
