Roommate needed

Looking for a super cool hipster roommate:
We realize "hippie" is a hyper-reality but it got the point across, right?
We are a 22 and 23 year old students looking for a roommate just one not two or three...or four who already have a place, or would like to find a new place with us. Currently Cami lives in College Gardens apartments down the street from UMBC, and my lease ends soon so I'm ready to move. I'm looking for a like-minded person to share a space with.
About me: I am a full time yoga instructor and I am also the yoga instructor for UMBC classes are thursdays nights at 5. I love yoga and all things related to it, its my passion and muse. I enjoy catching live music-any genre, poetry slams, laid back lounge environments the occasional happy hour. I can cook/bake, love burning incense so if you have allergies this may be an issue, engage in long discussions on everything. I like to think I am very outgoing, I am not looking for just a roomie but a friend my ideal person I would like to have open communication and hang out fromtime to time.

Ideally, our future housing will foster a laid-back vibe (read: fun but not a constant party) where friends are welcome to visit. I'd prefer to live with someone who can understand the need for structured study time. I like having a relaxed, communal environment where we can hang out, maybe share occasional meals, and everyone is respectful and courteous of each other.
Preferably females, but guys are welcome to inquire maintaining you meet the above requirements.

Location and rent is flexible. 600-800 a month just for me. I don't smoke cigarettes and would prefer no smoking cigarettes in the house. I enjoy the occasional glass of wine so drinking is fine by me. Must have a car, non negotiable. LGBT/weirdos/everything friendly!
