Selling Statistics Textbook

Textbook - Statistics for Management and Economics. 9th edition
Author- Gerald Keller
Published - 2012
This textbook is being used for the upcoming Fall semester for STAT351, I am unsure if it is being used for any other classes. Includes unused online access card(should be Aplia, my class did not use it).
Hardcover copy, good condition, has some very minor water damage to some pages in the top margins(where the page numbers are listed) but doesn't prevent any text from being easily read.
The bookstore is selling the hardcover version with E book + Online access for $285.85, Last time I checked the hardcover with online access was about $120 on Amazon before Shipping.
I'm asking for at least $100, but price is negotiable.
