Hi, my name is Luke Privett and I'm trying to fill a room in my townhouse.  Its a 3 bedroom townhouse and the smallest room is available. I've had the place for a year now so its fairly set up, but the room is unfurnished. Theres a washer/dryer in the basement, 1 full bathroom, a toilet in the basement.  The room itself rents for 430$ and utilities at peak usage (winter heating and electricity) could be about 70$ per person.
