Hey! This is my update from my previous post.
I'm Lizzy and ill be a sophomore this year. My other 2 roommate will be juniors.
Some info...
Looking for a roommate who is respectful and semi-tidy, has a stable income to pay rent, and attends UMBC (preferably)
The apartment is called White Oaks which is part of the Timbers in Catonsville complex. It is about 10 min from school; however, the UMBC shuttle bus does come to this area!
Rent will be around $380!
We are renting a 2 bedroom apartment which means 2 girls will be in each room. The living room and kitchen is rather spacious and there is also a dining room. There a 1 bath to share between the 4 of us.
The lease will be 9 months!
