Alright so here we are. I'm an undergrad student with 3 semesters left at UMBC. My major is Global Studies with a focus on Development, Environment and Health with a Latin American Focus. I'm 21, African American, Gay, and pretty awesome if I do say so myself.
and, of course, I'm looking for a room!
I'm not really picky about anything (beggars can't be choosers, right?) So I can give you some info about me, what I'd 'like' in a place to live and if you know someone or have a place, give me a shout.
ROOMMATE INFO
- I'm a clean housemate in general but sometimes have some clutter (never food, just clothes).
- I work a lot of hours so i'm not always home. I also take about 15 credits a semester.
- I'm not a stickler for being always quiet like a library but would enjoy to NOT live in a boombox.
- I'm comical, warm hearted, sarcastic, compassionate, understanding and pretty fly (sounds like an app for okcupid)
- I guess I should say I'm gay and single also. if that is a problem for you...glad I said it early.
- I have references if needed
DESIRES
- I'd prefer to not share a room, so if you have a free room that's great.
- Not picky about number of people in the house but i'd love more than just you and me? so maybe a house with 3-5 people would be awesome.
- I make about 800 bucks a month before taxes so i room that cost between 325-400 before utilities would be great.
- I am out of town and will be moving in on like auugst 26th or something, so any place that prevents me from having to pay august rent would be awesome.
- Somewhere fairly close to umbc would be great. bus route would be awesome but if not then within 15 minutes of driving is preferred.
- I am willing to live with boys, girls or any mixture.
