Asian Studies Undergrad Looking for a Room

I am a 24 year old Asian Studies undergrad at UMBC seeking a roommate situation in the area surrounding UMBC. I currently work for the college and I am looking to minimize my commute to school by relocating to the area. I'm hoping for an August 3rd or August 17th move-in.
About Me:
I am a nonsmoking female with no pets. I am a certified computer technician, but I am currently working as a receptionist for UMBC BWTech South. I'm seeking a LGBT-friendly living arrangement.
I can bake, cook, and clean. I get along well with all animals. I'm hoping for a quiet place to study during the work week and relax on the weekends.
I can pay $350-$450 (maybe a little more for utilities/internet, etc) a month.
