Hey whats going on I'm a new incoming transfer and im looking for a cool, laid back, respectful person to share an apartment with. Im not a neat freak but I don't like chaos and filth.  Im looking to spend 500-600 a month, I can afford more but I would prefer to have a little spending money.  I am a smoker, but not cigarettes, so I need someone who is comfortable with that.  Preferably id like someone who is into music; I'm a music major and love listening to music.
