Looking for a place to stay near campus? I've got a free room with your name all over it. Well, that's a lie. But believe you me, if I knew your name, it'd be everywhere.
The apartment is located in Mount Ridge, a nice, safe community off of Maiden Choice. It's about a six minute drive to campus -- even less if you speed! Don't speed, though. And, hey, if you don't drive, the neighborhood's on the Arbutus shuttle line. It's also within walking distance of many fine establishments, including, but not limited to, Giant and a froyo shop.
Rent is reasonable, around $480 per month. I'd be your only roommate, so we'd split the utilities. A bit about me? If you insist. I'm a 21 year old MCS major/literature minor. I work as a cosmetologist -- and, yes, I'll do your nails. I'm a big fan of reading, concerts, movies, and keeping common areas clean.
