Searching for a place for 3-4 people

I am in a group of 4 people, and we are looking for a place close to UMBC. We are looking for a house, townhouse, or apartment within a 10 minutes drive from campus. The place should have at least: a common area, 2+ bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and either a 4th bedroom or a room that could possibly be converted into one.
