Room needed for Fall 2013

Hi,
My name is Babur Khan and Im going to be joining UMBC as a Grad Student in their Computer Science department. I recently got my visa and am looking for places to live off campus on cragslist and other such websites but frankly, I dont think I'll find a place, let alone get it while sitting behind a computer here in Pakistan.
I am looking for a place which would cost me anywhere between 300 or 400 USD per month. I'll be coming to Baltimore somewhere in the second week of August.
A little bit about me: I am generally considered a fun person to hang out with, like making new friends from different areas and cultures and i LOVE helping people out. I absolutely love running and in my free time, you'll find me running around on roads. I am ok with both partying and being quiet. I have never had pets and dont wanna have a dog around the house, a cat or other animals might be ok. If you wanna know more about me or have a place in mind, feel free to contact me via email.
