Hello,
There are two fully furnished rooms available in a 3bed/2bth townhouse on Circle drive, a mile from UMBC.
About the townhouse:
-The house is a mile from UMBC, close to Mars, Rite aid, bars etc.
-5 mins walk to UMBC shuttle service and 15 mins walk to UMBC main campus.
-The townhouse is fully furnished and has plenty of parking behind as well as in the front of the house.
-Has a fully equipped kitchen.
-The first floor bath is shared by the female tenants.
-The house owner has put me in charge of the whole house and any major maintenance issues will be repaired by the house owner.
Basement:
-Similar to a large Studio.
-Private bathroom
-Two large couches
-It has a queen bed (with mattress) , a dining table with chairs, microwave, mini refrigerator
- You will have a closet keep your clothes and other belongings.
-Private entrance
-Rent is $650 plus utilities (including high speed BLAST COMCAST internet), plus lawn moving during summer ($8).
Room 1:
- Has a queen bed (with mattress), a large and small chest.
- Has a walk in closet too.
-Rent is $500 plus utilities (including high speed BLAST COMCAST internet), plus lawn moving during summer ($8).
Current tenants:
-A working couple in their mid 20's and attending UMBC for graduate school.
- We are both busy and we do not prefer any parties in the house especially on weekdays.
Expected tenants:
-Clean, friendly and respectful.
-Have no trouble in paying the rent by first of every month.
- No pets
