Hello,
My name is Tasha. I live in a three bedroom apartment in Mount Ridge, five minutes away from campus, and on the shuttle line. I have two other female roommates. We are nonsmokers and we have no pets.
I have the biggest room in the apartment and I would like to share it with another female in order to reduce the rent (including utilities-internet and BGE) to about $350 a month per person.
I am looking for someone who will pay rent on time, keep our room neat (including the rest of the apartment, but particularly our room) and will be respectful and considerate. The room will be available starting August 1st, and rent for August will be due by the last week of July.
