My name is Reda and I have another roommate Tasha,
both incoming juniors at UMBC.
We are looking for another female roommate for our three bedroom cottage in Mt. Ridge about 5 minutes away from UMBC on the Arbutus shuttle line.
Including rent and utilities (BGE Electric, Comcast Internet, and rent) the combined total cost is $440 a month per person.
We are looking for someone who is able to move in towards the end of July because Tasha and I will be renewing the lease. The first payment would be at the end of August.
We are looking for a roommate who is respectful, considerate, non-smoker, able to maintain cleanliness, and pay bills on time. We are both friendly, easygoing, and laid-back and looking for a roommate who is the same :)
