What's wrong with Ken Cuccinelli?
....and what's wrong with the people who vote for him?

Virginia has some pretty backward laws on the books.
(Remember, this was the state that did not allow whites and non-whites to marry until the 1960's.)
But there was an anti-oral-sex law on the books until this year, when a Federal Court in Virginia finally struck it down. (FYI, oral sex was a FELONY).
And that'd be the end of the story in MOST states.
But not in Virginia.
The Attorney General (Republican) Ken Cuccinelli filed a motion before the entire Federal Appeals Court to REINSTATE the anti-oral-sex law.
Not entirely surprisingly the Court refused, Maybe because IT'S 2013! And maybe the court thinks the government should stay out of people's bedrooms. And perhaps...just perhaps, some of the jurists have experience with it and don't think it should be a CRIME. I'm just saying.....
What is wrong with these social conservative types? Do these douches really believe this crap? Or is there hatred for gays so great, their willing to criminalize heterosexual behavior as well.
I guess I should be happy. Nothing says "RWDB" louder than a Ken Cuccinelli or a Michelle Bachman. Reinforces the image of the Republicans as a bunch of f'ing loons.
When I hear Republicans say "We have a messaging problem." NO. NO. You have a POLICY problem.
