I am a UMBC student living with another female UMBC student. Me and my current roommate are looking for 1 or 2 more people to rent a house or townhouse near campus. We are currently living in Mt. Ridge Apartments but we are looking for something a little cheaper. Right now we are interested in Colony Hill townhouses which would be a 5 minute drive from UMBC and with 3 people the rent would be about $400 + Utilities (even cheaper with four). We have no preference between a guy or a girl and are open to other housing options if you have found a place you really like. On a side note, although we are opposite sexes we are NOT dating so there will be no need to worry about anything like that complicating the living situation.
