Sorry that I am asking a bunch of stupid questions, but I was wondering did we get a new transcript online ordering system? Was it not Credential Solutions? Do I have have to make another account with the new system (myUMBC account is not working)? I ordered a transcript online in February with myUMBC account and had no problems but now I cannot order one.
