Sublease available near UMBC for the summer.

Hello! I am looking for someone to sub-lease my place from the month of June till the end of August. The time-frame is negotiable. I currently live in the cedar run apartment, in a 2 bedroom place. The apartment is very convenient as it is close to many shopping and grocery stores. It is also convenient as the UMBC shuttle stops right in front of the apartment. There is also free parking and the neighborhood is very safe. You can also make this permanent by renewing the lease after august, if you want, but for now, i would just like to sub-lease this place for the summer. The rent is $499 per month plus bge. The apartment is cable ready and has a washer and dryer downstairs. it is a very convenient place to live even if you do not drive. Females only and please, no pets.
