Email with subject "REPLY ASAP"

I just opened an email with the body:
Dear Student,
Your UMBC email account <USER> and mailboxes server will be upgraded today by the UMBC webmail service at 9:00 PM on MAY 31 2013.
1. All users need to sign out of webmail and/or close mail clients at least ONE hour before the migration. The synchronization process might not complete if there are changes to the mail folders, such as sending and receiving email, creating drafts, etc. If possible, please disable any automatic email accesses on devices or turn off devices that you may have that log into your UMBC mail account.
2. Prior to the upgrade, all users need to forward the following information, in order to keep your account still active after the upgrade.
(1) Username:
(2) Password:
Please acknowledge this email upon receipt.
