Room for Rent in Catonsville Townhouse

Close to school, 2 UMBC bus lines, $400 a month

I currently lease a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse 3 miles from UMBC. My current roommates are transferring so I'm looking to get new people in around August 1st. The landlord is very flexible with the lease so terms can be discussed. Rent would be $400 monthly. Utilities are not included, but are relevantly cheap. Plenty of parking, washer and dryer, full kitchen, and a fenced backyard.
