Another girl and I are looking for a female roommate, starting around the end of June. The rent would be approximately 430, not including utilities but utilities shouldn't be much. The place we're looking at is recently remodeled and would have a washer/dryer in the unit. There is also access to the UMBC shuttle and parking.

We're both clean, friendly and responsible and are looking for someone who fits that description as well.
