Hey there, I'm Todd, a recent UMBC mechanical engineering graduate.  I own a house near campus and rent out to students during the year.  I have an opening for the summer in my house which is right by campus, in the Richardson Mews neighborhood.  The neighborhood is very nice, and it's an end townhouse, last one on the right.  Big kitchen, back porch, furnished basement, couches, nice tv, and more.  

You'll have your own bedroom and private bathroom in the master bedroom.  It's furnished with a twin mattress, a desk, dresser, closet, two windows and is a large room.  It is available now through August for $650/month, including utilities.

The house has two spots for private parking, and more parking is available on the street.  It's about 50 yards away from the bus stop where the umbc campus shuttle comes by, so you don't even need to drive to campus.
