The house is a townhouse located within walking distance from campus on the intersection of Linden Ave and Westland Blvd. It isn't possible to get much closer to campus and remain off-campus. There are three floors, counting the basement, a small yard w/ front and back. We are at the end of the row, so we also have a side yard and windows. Both available rooms are on the second floor, with easy access to the bathroom which is also on the second floor. One shared parking spot in back, street parking also available in plenty.

The lease runs from Aug 1st - July 31st. However, the room might be made available sooner if needed.

All current roommates are UMBC undergraduates from a variety of majors. We are all 20-24 years old and reasonably quiet and clean. We are looking for someone who is also attending UMBC and in our age range. Smoking is allowed, though must be done outside of house, and pets are negotiable.
