Fascism is Left-Wing
Socialism of a Different Sort

I just wanted to clear up a common misconception. Many, especially those on the Left, seek to portray fascism and nazism as being far-right ideologies. However, looking at the political spectrum as containing, on one side, increasing government power and, on the other side, more limited government, fascism is left-wing.
Consider that the Nazi Party's official name, translated to English, was the National Socialist German Workers' Party.
We can all agree that socialism is left-wing.
