Anyone else interested in modeling? Not just fashion modeling, but any type of modeling. Like art models (for photography and painting), fashion models, glamour models, etc.

And I'm not talking about the hobby of model building, lol XD

I was wondering if there were any student organizations or informal student groups that discuss getting into modeling. Like networking, building portfolios, and safety guidelines. I've been interested in being an art model for a while now, but I've never really had the contacts (or the nerves) to pursue it.

I remember hearing about a Model Club a while back when I first came to UMBC, but I don't think they're active anymore?

EDIT: By the way in case you're put off by the stereotypes of modeling, for the sake of the topic and starting a discussion about it, it doesn't matter if you're man, woman, old, young, skinny, thick, tall or short :)
