I am renting out my room in one of the town houses on Westland Blvd over the summer, since I will spend it abroad. It is in WALKING DISTANCE to UMBC, Giant and Mars are around the corner, plus many food take-out places. IDEAL for UMBC summer sessions.
 
The room is in a spacious remodeled basement, completely furnished with king size bed, drawers, desk and a chair. You will have your own TV with cable and Fios Verizon high speed Wi-fi. Since it is a basement room, it stays nice and cool during the summer months. The RENT is 375 per months (1125 for the summer - 3 months). Utilities run at 60 - 80 per month.
 
You will be sharing the kitchen, bathroom and living areas with my 3 housemates (1 guy and 2 girls). There is a separate toilet in the basement. Washer and Dryer are also in the house and plenty of street parking is available.
