How often do employees change the filters or clean the machines?
Do employees use fresh, quality coffee grounds for every batch?

I used to think the coffee was good but it seems to have gone downhill. Now I'm lucky if i can get a cup that's not stale or burnt tasting.

Can anyone else sympathize? Id love a good cup to help me study.
