Thank You Dr. Laurie
A Farewell to a Great Academic Instructor

I never really post on here, but I think that this topic is important. One of THE BEST instructors I have had the privelage to take during my time at UMBC is leaving, and I must say that future generations of UMBC will be missing something great. Dr. Clayton Laurie really made history come to life for me. His teaching style isĀ energetic to say the least, his wealth of knowledge is staggering, , and he really made me (and I am sure a majority of other students) feel very welcome in his class. I can not say enough about Dr. Laurie. If anyone has a fond story or just wants to thank him for his time here at UMBC, let this fine university know what a valuable and irreplacable professor Dr. Laurie has been to all of us! You changed the way I think, and for that I am forever indebted.
